38AR - Garage Conversion

Coming soon : we created the opportunity for our architect to obtain the combined asset of a little used double garage with store room/office above and a rear off road parking space without planning permission. We worked with him to obtain planning permission and are currently implementing the now approved plans to construct a compelling new two bedroom end of terrace property in a "boot factory" exterior style with an efficient contemporary interior for work and home. The rear parking space is designed to be a unique "car portal" that doubles up as a useful courtyard garden and amenity space.
