A contact of ours took the opportunity to purchase the disused victorian farm buildings pictured to the right and worked with Kingspan to design a bespoke timber frame "forever home" for himself and his family to occupy. Oodles were initially asked just to clear the site and prepare the foundations for the timber frame installers. The timber frame is now in place and we are delighted to have been asked to complete all the brick facades and roof detailing AND build a detached multi car garage with rooms integrated in the roof space. The property will also feature rainwater harvesting ....watch this space....

Originally the Barns had planning permission only for Garages and Offices until we helped the owner develop this into a Self Contained House with its own off-road parking and garden.
Retaining many of the original features and re-using as many of the original materials as possible we have given this a unique look and feel.
